Year 4 - Jamaica Day

On Friday 28th June, Year 4 had a Jamaica Day to raise money for our Year 4 charity - Help4Harry.

All the money we raised goes to Muscular Dystrophy UK. This is a leading UK charity focused on muscular dystrophy. They are dedicated to finding treatments and cures and improving the lives of adults and children affected by the condition. As well as providing funding for world class research they also provide practical information, advice and support, campaigning to bring about change and raise awareness.

Harry is local to Farnham and the charity was started in 2013, when he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. He is now 11 years old. On Sunday 15th July 2018 Harry got the surprise of his life when he was presented with an All Terrain Hopper which has been made just for him, using money raised by Hedgehogs Motoring Revival Farnham.

We hope that the money we have raised will help other children like Harry.
