School lunch invoices will come home with your child today - please check your child's bag for details.

Thank you to parents of year 5 & 6 children who have returned the permission slips to the All Hallows’ joint singing concert on 20th November.  Tickets will be on sale from the school office after half term at the cost of £3 each.  As we have limited tickets available, parents will be initially allocated 1 ticket per child.  If there are tickets left over we will then contact you with the option to buy more.  Please put the correct money in a labelled envelope with your child’s name and class on it and your preference as to whether you would like your ticket sent home with your child, or you would rather collect it from the office in the afternoon. Envelopes can be left in the school postbox outside the office . 

The school choir is singing at Gostrey Meadows Christmas lights switch on Saturday 16th November -please keep the date free! Timings TBC by Farnham Council.  If your child is in the choir please make sure they have learnt all their words. We will be singing 3 Christmas songs Ring Ding a ding, (lyrics sent home) Hope of Heaven from Out of the Arc and Away in a Manger. Many thanks  for your support.

Please notify your child’s teacher about any changes to regular home time arrangements either in person in the morning, or by sending a note in to school with your child. Only emergency arrangements should be communicated by phoning the school office before 3pm

Farnham Fireworks Display Saturday 9th November - tickets are now available before and after school (most days) outside the office, or by leaving the correct money and contact details in the PTA postbox. Adults £6; Child £4; Family £16. Please purchase these from our PTA as St Polycarp's will then receive 50% of all our sales.
The organisers, Farnham Round Table, request that our school provide a minimum of 3 marshalls to help on the night. Please let any member of the PTA know if you would be willing to help or require more information.
We also have the option to enter a 'Guy Fawkes competition' for which the school will receive £50 for each guy entered (4 max) and the winning school will receive a further £200! Please let us know if you are keen to enter.

Flu vaccinations on 18th and 19th November. Please read this letter for full details and complete the e-consent form by Monday 11th November.
