Reception intake – September 2022
If you have a younger child who is due to start school in September 2022, please let Mrs Regan in the office know, as it is always helpful to have an idea of how many younger siblings will want places.
Admissions applications open on the local authority websites on 1st November 2021. Please ask at the school office if you would like a Supplementary Form (for faith applicants).
We are holding an Open Morning for prospective parents on Sunday 17th October from 10am until 12 noon – if you know of any families who might be interested in our school for their children, please let them know about the Open Morning.
Year 6 parents – applications for Secondary School for September 2022 entry
Year 6 parents should be thinking about applying for secondary school for next September. Online applications must be made through your home local authority (Hampshire or Surrey) by Sunday 31st October 2021.
Faith schools including All Hallows and St Peter’s require applicants to complete a Supplementary Form, which should be obtained directly from the relevant school. Once you have completed the relevant sections, the Supplementary Form can be handed in at our school office for Mrs Best to sign (to confirm that your child attends a feeder school). This will be returned to you as quickly as possible so you can submit it to the relevant secondary school before the deadline.
Please do not leave your application to the last minute as the deadline for applications falls at the end of Half Term.
Farnborough Hill’s next Open Afternoon is on Friday 5 November at 1.30 pm and they would very much welcome seeing families. Places can be registered via www.farnborough-hill.org/visit-us. They also have a limited number of appointments available for individual family tours for families considering entry in 2022 and they are welcome to contact us for availability.

Farnham Town Football Club are delighted to offer all St Polycarp’s children a free ticket for the whole family to use for their upcoming 1st team home game on Saturday 16th October at 3pm.
Tickets will be handed out to all children in class week commencing 11th October and will include further details.
A number of St Polycarp’s children play for the club’s junior teams and it would be great to see lots of families at the game.
