St. Polycarp, the Bishop of Smyrna and a disciple of St. John the Apostle, is the patron saint of our school and a shining example of courage, faith, and devotion. He dedicated his life to teaching others about God’s love and truth. Even in the face of great danger, St. Polycarp remained steadfast in his faith, trusting completely in God and inspiring generations of Christians to do the same.

At St. Polycarp’s School, we look to him as a model of living out our mission:
“Here in the St Polycarp’s family we follow in the footsteps of Jesus through playing, praying, loving and learning together.”

Just as St. Polycarp showed courage and love through his life, we strive to follow his example each day—growing in faith, learning with joy, and supporting one another as part of God’s family.
