Admissions Consultation 2026-27
The Governing Body is formally consulting on the admission arrangements for 2026-27. There are no changes to the over-subscription criteria in the admissions policy, but the Governing Body is proposing to reduce the number of places offered for Year 3 entry in September 2026 from 6 places to 4 places.
The six-week (minimum) consultation period will begin on 15/11/24 with the closing date for submitting comments being 05/01/2025.

Please ensure that any response is entitled 2026/27 Admissions Policy Consultation. It would be helpful if respondents could include their name and indicate whether they will be affected by the proposed changes, and if so, in what way.
At the end of the consultation period, all responses will be collated and presented to the Board of Governors early in January. The Board will then decide whether to proceed with the proposed changes or not. Once determined, the final admission arrangements for the school will be placed on the St Polycarp's School website.
