Our School PTA are in desperate need of a new Treasurer. The main responsibility is to look after the accounting side of the PTA, including paying invoices, expenses, producing floats and counting fundraising amounts. Without an accountant, we are unable to hold any further events. The PTA are also on the search for a Secretary. The main responsibilities of the secretary is to take minutes of meetings and admin required for events. Please contact Emilia via email poly.pta@gmail.com if you would like any further information, or can help and would like to take on either of these roles.

Would you like to train to teach at our school? St Polycarp's offers a range of primary school-based training programmes. Our courses offer the chance to learn on the job from expert practitioners from across our partnership schools. You can find out more information here. A special concert for children is due to be performed at the West End Centre in Aldershot at 11am on Wednesday 14th February (half term).  It is the first performance of 'Max’s Garden Adventure' with music about a little dog and the creatures he meets in his garden.

Strictly Showtime are a musical theatre training in Alton and Farnham and they have workshops in the February Half Term which may be of interest.

Every Day Yoga For Everybody are offering classes locally, one to one yoga classes at home are also available.

GKR Karate currently have classes available at St Polycarp's on Wednesday evenings, Saturday's and Sunday's. 

Please find the booking links for the Chelsea Football Club Foundation after school clubs for the Spring term. There is still currently availability on Thursday's and more so on Friday's.
