Reception intake – September 2022

Admissions applications open on the local authority websites on 1^st November 2021.  Please ask at the school office if you would like a Supplementary Form (for faith applicants).

Year 6 parents – applications for Secondary School for September 2022 entry

Online applications must be made through your home local authority (Hampshire or Surrey) by Sunday 31^st October 2021.

Please do not leave your application to the last minute as the deadline for applications falls at the end of Half Term.  

Farnborough Hill’s next Open Afternoon is on Friday 5 November at 1.30 pm and they would very much welcome seeing families.  Places can be registered via www.farnborough-hill.org/visit-us. They also have a limited number of appointments available for individual family tours for families considering entry in 2022 and they are welcome to contact us for availability.
The registration deadline Year 7 entry in September 2022 is Friday 12 November 2021 and Entry Information can be found at the following link which your parents may find useful.     Entry Information for September 2022

PTA Updates: 

1. We are pleased to announce that we will be able to have a Christmas Fair this year. The event will be held on the 3rd December 3-6pm. More details to follow in November, including how to access this year’s Christmas patchwork.

2. Christmas cards- The deadline for designs will be the 1st November. Please check email from PTA for information on how to design your cards.

3. Farnham Fireworks- Please purchase your tickets now from here...  and select St Polycarp's as an affiliated school at check out, so we receive a donation.

4. Uniform donations- We are still accepting uniform donations of logo items only. Please put any donations into the red bin at the front of school.
